Responsibilities:
1) Perform research in the talent market and identify candidates for assignments
2) Screen the candidates on qualifications and a possible fit to the job profile
3) Contact clients actively to ensure new job orders, assure client satisfaction and future assignments; maintain a long-lasting relationship
4) Conduct interviews with possible candidates, be able to give the client a good impression of the candidate & his qualities and make a successful match
5) Handle recruitment assignments independently
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) Good English language ability (spoken and written)
3) Result-oriented and able to work with deadlines
4) High-energy team player who can be successful in a fast paced environment
5) Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys meeting people, work in a team
6) Good Common sense and eager to learn
7) 3 years above related experience is a plus
