Area Sales Manager

Responsibility

1.Projects tracking, business negotiation, contract signing with fabricators; Coordinate and solve problems in implementation of contract and project

2.Fabricators management, technical and sales support to them

3.Maintain good relationships with fabricators to ensure continuous cooperation

4.Collect competitors¡¯ products and market information and provide external analysis to their advantages and disadvantages; Closely pay attention to the action of competitors and report timely

5.Assist in checking and following sales order and help to solve problems in fulfilling projects

6.Acquisition of new customers

7.Maintain and update database in project service system

8.Assisting Logistics in coordinating (material deliveries) and pick-ups 9.Responsible for collections of customer¡¯s payment

Requirement

1.University degree majoring in business or economic background

2.A good team player and have good consciousness of brand

3.Above 2 years experiences in foreign company

4.Work under pressure, good communication skill and willing to travel

5.Working background in window/door or construction material industry will be preferable

6.Excellent English or German communication skill

7.Good at Ms-Office
