?Proposes innovative initiatives (promotional techniques, offers) within the framework of the annual businessplan by segment.

?Delivers operational programs that accelerate sales volumes, animation programs for specific brands and segments.

?Monitors efficiency of action plans and campaigns that have been deployed

Responsibilities

1.Identify appropriate sales acceleration mechanisms by segment to answer specific volume and brand objectives.

2.Contribute to the business planning process

3.Design the trade marketing toolbox for operational deployment by the sales teams.

4.Monitor competitors activity and benchmark for best practices.

5.Build joint marketing initiatives with key customers.

Requirements

1. University degree and above, major in business, marketing, communication or related fields.

2. 8+ years working experience in Tire industry, including more than 5 years in management position.

3. Marketing management and strategic planning experience.

4. Detail-oriented with ability to manage projects from inception through execution.

5. Good analytical skills and sense of responsibility.

6. Good English skills in both written and spoken.
