Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for finance department routine works;

2. Be responsible for cost calculation and analysis;

3. Accomplish financial reports before deadline;

4. Improve and ensure Financial & Accounting policies &procedures compliance,

5. Assist for internal and external audits;

6. Assist for company forecast and budget;

7. Other temporary assignments.

Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or with full Professional qualification with 6~8 years related working experience in manufacturing and/or R&D environment.

2. Candidate possesses these experience/ knowledge will be an added advantage:

3. Government R&D Center/Project Grants, Forecasting & Projection, Internal Control, Key Performance Indicators, Balanced Scorecard, Process Flow, Policy Writing, Microsoft Office, Oracle, Management Accounting, Project Management.

4. Must possesses good Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Coaching Skills, Presentation Skills, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Negotiation Skills, Influencing Skills, Self-initiative, Fast Response, Pro -activeness , Flexibility, Open Mindedness, Systematic Thinking, Positive Attitude, Resourcefulness, and IT Savvy.
