Facility Engineer

Responsibility:

1. Planning and control of day to day facilities operations;

2. Ensure continuous efficient operation of production support system without disruption;

3. Insure timely action in response to out of specification conditions that negatively affect production areas;

4. Responsible for timely and accurate dissipation of operational issues that may negatively affect production support systems including timely updating of associated documentation;

5. Plan, direct and coordinate activities concerned with the design, construction, modification and maintenance of equipment and machinery in the operation of the plant support systems;

6. Estimate costs and ensure long term cost effective operational budget;

7. Documentation control to comply with ISO;

8. Establish quality specifications and procedures in line with ISO and company¡¯s standards to meet customers' requirements.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor¡¯s degree in mechanical related or electrical related engineering or equivalent experience; (HVAC, equipment, chemical engineering, electrical engineering preferred.)

2. Above 3 years working experience;

3. Good team working skills;

4. Fluent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and CAD packages;

5. Able to work on multiple tasks concurrently;

6. Familiarity with facility (Power, Transformer, Chiller, Compressor, Air-conditioner, Processing Cooling Water, fire protection etc.) systems.
