Responsibility

1.Purchase blank VAT invoices from Tax bureau and release Euro payments before the deadline
2.Make tax payments when goods are imported
3.Prepare COPO reports and issue to Customers
4.Liaise and send original invoice to Customers
5.Check AX transactions -AP/AR/ Inventory and compare with SOI reports
6.Prepare inventory reports detailing purchased, sold and on hand inventory per tax bureau requirement.
7.Prepare Euro payment - Payment Documents/Payment applications
8.Import payment deferred--- State Administration of Foreign Exchange
9.Manage & resolve tax issues such as red fapiao
10.Compile reports upon management request
11.Support internal and external audits
12.Contribute to Process Improvement initiatives
13.Provide back up for team members where required and where critical to business operations
14.Oversee and participate in Annual Performance Planning and Review.
15.Attend and participate in professional development & training as required
16.Establish and maintain strong relationships withFinance, Apple Vendor Managers and Transworld Logisticcolleagues
17.Liaise with Freight forwarding company
18.Co-ordinate pick and pack per JAPAC country
19.Track shipments from our warehouse to DC¡¯s in JAPAC
20.Preparation of invoices and associated documentation
Requirement
1.Diploma or above in Finance/Business relevant major
2.Strong English with at least CET 6 qualifications(Both spoken and written English)
3.Minimum 2years experience in relevant position
4.Bursarial basic qualification
5.Attention to details, high accuracy, punctual
6.Strong Microsoft skills particularly Excel and Outlook
7.Previous experience in ERP system such as Microsoft AX or Sap an advantage
