key responsibility

1. Visit current and potential customers in the truck Industry so as to secure new sales and grow market awareness of the company.

2. Identify, develop and maintain close relationships with customers.

3. Manage the company¡¯s relationships with OEM purchasing groups.

4. Conduct domestic market analysis; identify potential customers, pricing guidelines and territories policies, and monitor the effectiveness of those plans.

5. Support distributors to establish sales targets, marketing plans and to expand sales.

 

Job Requirements

1. Excellent people skills, able to influence and interact effectively people at all levels of the organization internally and externally and extremely experienced in negotiation.

2. Good business acumen can develop business concepts and strategies.

3. Minimum 5 years experience in tire sales leadership role and able to work independently.

4. Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferable.

5. Accept the frequently business travel and can work under pressure.

6. Fluent in both oral and written English.
