Responsibility
Be responsible for the company's general accounting operation, the preparation of the financial reports as well as financial ad hoc projects.
1 Lead the accounting teams in daily accounting operation to support business, focusing on general ledger, payroll, FA and inventory accounting
2 Direct the accounting teams with processes and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and local policies, statutory requirements and IFRS
3 Responsible for month-end closing and ensure accurate reporting on timely basis
4 Leads the IHC budget and rolling forecast process
5 Conduct routine analysis of all balance sheet accounts
6 Prepare SG&A reports by cost center and monthly SG&A spending analysis
7 Lead and coach subordinates to set and to meet objective and KPIs
8 Provide key support to Senior Finance Manager to resolve accounting issues
9 Participate in internal audits, statutory audits and tax reviews
10 Assist in special projects as needed
Requirement£º
1 Bachelor' degree, majored in accounting or finance or related areas
2 Requires approximately over 10 years of work experience in GL accounting, with 3 years of experience in managing people. .
3 Have a strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
4 In-depth knowledge of IFRS & PRC GAAP is essential, additional knowledge in Oracle or other ERP would be advantageous
5 Self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Change orientation,
